I believe it is.  I do this with a Folding@Home sig on another forum.  Its basically an image tag that points to a php page that returns a dynamic image.  Other than images I believe you may have to include javascript (haven't checked the character limit on the sigs, but could be doable)

Failing that you could bootleg it and see if it supports an iframe. Less characters and whatever page you insert could have the php code.

The php tag is an admin option, and currently turned off.  As is the html tag.

It's not a huge issue, it just means I have to use a different php code
