$55 seems awful steep for a not-quite two 1/2-day con.

That is the problem of having two prices listed for the same event.  It is hard to know which price listing is the mistake.

Yes, $55. is a bit much.

The Ubercon staff are now insisting (on the forum) that there will be shuttles available from Metuchen Station to the con.

What they have not said is how often the shuttles will run, or when, or how much they will charge.

Stay tuned.

Let the dice roll where they may.

I ran games at Ubercon last year, and I've signed up to run games again this
year.  Several DE GMs played the Trivial Pursuit game I ran.  This year, I'll be
running ASAP and Man Bites Dog, which several people at Dexcon 10 played
with me. I'll also be running Cutthroat Uno, Liar's Dice, Boggle Deluxe (5 X 5
grid with 25 letters) and Super Scrabble, with a rotating board that allows
for quadruple scoring and has twice as many letters (200).  I saw several DE
regulars last year, I'm hoping to see a lot in November.  Log on to the site
www.ubercon.com for all the info.  Hope to see a lot of you there.  I've
also submitted my list of games to Randy Paterno, so I may be running a
few games at Dreamation in January, as well.  So you've all been warned
in advance  Wink

To Sinkuu: Most GMs qualify for a 100% comp. :p
To JLobl: Use the Hotel shuttle, specifics still to be posted (but I bug the mgr every few days lately).
To All: The price until the end of September is $45, unless you use paypal (those wonderful people). I don't have dynamic calls to the price database (which increments higher as we get closer to Nov 2) everywhere, which is why the price is hard coded. ps The price before Sept 1st was $40, and typically we sell 50% discount pricing the prior con, which this time around got all screwy because of UC Great Lakes I.
