Indeed! We here at FishDevil Productions value our players commitment to their favorite LARP DEADLANDS....ok enough of that. We friggin love getting emails about character actions. Please forward them to Pantera622@gmail.com. Expect a response within two weeks as we read all of the emails and schedule a GM meeting to discuss them all, rather than having a meeting for each individual player, it saves time. Also try to remember that character histories and game chronicles do earn players bounty points to advance their characters. For example, an unnamed player sent us a chronicle recently that was about his actions and thoughts during our third game nearly two years ago. It was well written, detailed(six or so pages), and written with wild west flair. It earned this player 4 bounty tacked onto his game experience and helped push his game experience to a 5 for a total of 9 for one game. Character histories can earn players up to 10 bounty points. Listen folks theres alot of easy bounty points to get. PLEASE, write 5 crappy bullet pointed, mispelled, and incomplete chronicles plus a two paragraph backround and it would yield nearly 10 points. Better yet write them all extremely well and next thing you know youve got anywhere from 19-35 bonus bounty to stick on that character sheet.

Ok now that ive ranted a fair bit on wanting to read cool character stuff, lets discuss how the inbetween game actions work. Ill give two examples.

(For example only)

The fishdevil team announces that there will be a one month downtime between games.

The Wrong Way:
So guys, my uber 1337 gunfighter goes after john wesley hardin and kills him just to steal his Gun. Once i have the gun i make it magical so that the bulllets shoot faster and strighter and i can totally own the nubs in your game. After wards i win a gun fighting contest just like in the quick and the ded, with the 50 thoasind dollars i win i buy a mantion and settle in Cairo and become the mayor and then the governr and then i win right? That can be done in a month right?

The Right Way:
After the last game my character found that the situation in chester wa rather disheartening. Due to the fact that my character has a troubled past and came from poverty i would like to know if it is possible for me to ride out to the nearest trading post to purchase provisions for the starving children. Also, ive had in the works a plan to spread a few rumors about undead roaming the west through some newspapers. I figure it should be possible given my friends in high places merit and the contacts ive made in game.

Also Good:
- Im considering the idea that i need to build myself body armor, its something id want and i think i have the time, money, resources, and skills needed.
- Last game Cassies character healed me and i want to repay her. I want to fashion a small cross pendent from some of the silver that Creaky Pete mined and make her a necklace to be ready as an item by next game.
- I want to buy the FishDevil team lunch because they are the best.

The first is crap. And if you think there arent gamers like that, think again.

The second and third methods are good because they neatly outline the goals the player wishes to accomplish without making outrageous demands or assumptions. After you submit your in between actions to Pantera622@gmail.com, well take a look at them and either contact you to tell you if its possible, request more information, or request that you take part in a side scene either in person or via email or chat to help hash out the actions. Remember the more thought put into your actions the better. Remember to justify and requests you make, asking for a gun enhancement works much better if you remind us of the 8 levels of tinkering you have. Thats really all i have to say for now, plus its kinda late and i have work tommorow. If anyone has more questions just drop a message on here ill be checking it every few days.
