If you've never been to UberCon, but you have a badge from any prior DexCon, please call 888.4-MY-UBER and you can go to UberCon IX for the weekend for only $30. I suppose you could also mail it in with a copy of your badge... :/  Anyway, you will not be able to use paypal/credit card, because the system isn't set up for that processing.
