Hi folks!
As most of you have heard by now, our regular hotel could not accommodate us this year for LUGOSICON because they got overwhelmed by a corporate group that is taking all of their space for a six-week period. Several of you have made suggestions for alternate hotels, but after calling and discussing rates and "special circumstances" with them, I have not yet found anything satisfactory. So with everything else that'd been going on in our lives, we've decided to stop pulling our hair out and to just hold the event at Central in White Plains. We can't do a dance party, but it'll be relaxing and laid back.
Yeah, we know - it's a long trip for some of you who live in New Jersey, BUT we'll at least make up the gas money to you - we're only charging $10.00 for the attendance, which will go to the "snack and drink fund". And we have a nearby hotel that is pretty inexpensive if you make reservations in advance. We also have LIMITED crash space - we can talk.
So...please reply here if you will be able to come to the event and we'll figure out logistics once we see how many people are coming.
LUGOSICON 2007 - October 26-28, 2007 at Central in White Plains. The event starts at 8PM Friday night and ends noonish on Sunday, same as we would do at the hotel. RSVP required! If you don't have directions, we'll send them to you privately.

Yeah the house is gonna be hard to get to for me but i think i can make it, i just need directions to central again cause i kinda lost them last time lol. Anyway if someone could PM me those again and with some of the hotels in the area or if someone wouldnt mind me crashing at there house (im small i take up very lil space a corner with a bucket is fine.)AS i stated earlier to i work for those nice folks down at the kinkos so let me know if a new book is out or just print the one on the home page and umm yeah SEE YOU ALL THERE!!!
