Sigma turns his head slightly to the left without taking his eyes off Frig'emall, and appears to be talking to someone behind him. He then brings his arms down, and charges Frig'emall.

**  According to the way Flight works, you CAN charge a "flying" avatar.  The power does not allow the user to remain aloft indefinitely - what is does is allow the user to change positions on the battlefield.  Therefore, charging an flying avatar is possible, but relatively futile as they'll simply use their free action to change position (although you could keep charging them until they're too tired to fly - read: out of EM)

[OOC: On another note, toons don't have access to Flight, which is why Sigma just charged you. I assumed you were only flying around as an RP effect. So if you (or D, with the list of Lord powers) could confirm that your Flight is a Lord power? Or that you have an item granting it to you?]

"Now since I don't want to have to continue this every 15 minutes. ..." Frig'emall waves his hands and a large funnel like device large enough to reach the clouds with a fan device in the end in the cloud that seems to be drawing the Ghostrock dust into the funnel, and at the other end, a breathing tube. "Put the tube into your mouth and breath deeply. Continue this for the next ten minutes, then just stand still until you no longer feel compelled to do as I wish."

Sigma rolls his eyes (an odd effect, with only solid blue for eyes), and complies with the instructions.
