DENCC - Dead or Not Dead?

So, DENCC - Does it exist? 

OK, I admit, the question is motivated by my personal incentives.  I won a couple of tournaments at Southern Exposure (RIP), and am interested in the championships.  But there is no DENCC info available, and I have never gotten any info from DENCC about the championships.
