All Lords with previously purchased Lord Powers and Skills are required to send me descriptions. They should include the following:
Player Name
Character Name
Description of the Skill/Power
Wherever possible please try and follow the format that exists in the rulebook of:
-Name
-Attributes, if any
-AP cost
-Stat requirements, if any
-EM requirement, if any
-Skill/Power Prerequisites, if any
-As detailed a description of the effect of the power, and the game mechanics as you understand them. If you actually have a fully previously approved write-up/rules wording then please include that.

KNOW there are others out there that have not been reported in. If you have a friend who you know has a purchased Lord Power or Skill and is not on the above list, please tell them to send me the data IMMEDIATELY at "
ascombatgm@gmail.com". If a Lord Power or Skill is not reported to me
by the end of DEXCON 11, it will be considered null and void, and you will not receive a refund of the AP! Updating your character to AS3.x compliance with Bill or Vinny, DOES NOT COUNT!
Also,
I will not be having any dedicated time slots to recording Lord Power/Skill information at DEXCON 11. I will be incredibly busy with Electronic Gaming, and other Avatar System activities. If you do not email me before DEXCON,
you're taking your chances that I will have time to spare.
PLEASE DO NOT CHEAT YOURSELF, OR LET YOUR FRIENDS CHEAT THEMSELVES, OUT OF HARD EARNED ABILITIES!!!
