A dust mask wearing Ashleigh Connors, stares out his dark tinted spectacles, and the front glass of The Nexus Hotel.  At his side, as always is his faithful personal assistant, Sibyll, who is wearing a communications headset.  He looks over to her, and nods.  She mouths a few words behind the glass, and the ground near the hotel begins to vibrate.  In front of the horseshoe drive way of the hotel a 6 foot cylinder rise out of the ground, and serves as the epicenter for the vibrations.  A shimmer manifests in the air, and begins to surround the hotel.  The vibrations die off to a low, almost imperceptible hum, and then into nothing.  The shimmer remains however, bathing the hotel.

Ashleigh steps outside and lowers his dust mask, nodding approval.  "Purification levels?", he inquires.

Sibyll looks at her pad, "WAMIE sensors detect 100% of the Ghost Rock waveform has been rendered inert, within the field range.  Energy flow from Unified Circuit should more than be able to handle any additional load from arriving refugees."

"Good.  Send a confirmation message to Yuri, including that data.  And prepare a press release.  We'll need to tell everyone they can find a little sanity when the gathering come around.  Now if only I could develop a waveform for intelligence and inspiration.  Guess that'll have to be later."

"Yes, Dr. Connors.", Sibyll replies in her droll, automaton's fashion.

OOC:  There is an in game effect as of now.  Anyone within the structures of The Nexus Hotel, is protected from the insanity and damaging effects of ghost rock dust.  This is not a cleansing however.  If you leave the Hotel, your character is subject again to the debilitating effects.  More to come.
