I just purchased the new edition of Junta!
There are several changes in the new ed.:
The
good changes:
High quality cards and money! (The're all the same size!)
Clarification of Banking at the end of a Coup
Clarification of Voting and Influence
Number of dice used in volleys stated on counters
The
bad changes:
Single sided counters
No first-fire rules
Position cards are single sided (2 cards per Position)
Only 3 dice (still)
Other changes:
Some map changes
Overall:
Better than the first (WEG) edition, but I don't like the counters so I'll most likely use the old counters.
Anybody wanna get together at a con and play?
