Anything Cassie. I would make one request though. I wish to ride the bomb in like Dr. Strangelove.

Spencer watches the vidscreen, her normally bright green eyes, dark and shrouded. “It would seem,” she starts carefully. “That the problem seems to have eliminated, or for the time being. With that in mind, I should get back to the Café.”

The Soviet turns to Spencer, "So it would. I'll see you out."

Yuri will lead the Delphi towards the exit, "Thank you again for coming out here on short notice. I know it meant the world to Esper, and it was good to see another voice of reason. I'll see you around the Café later, Spencer, and again... thank you for coming."

Yuri will lead Spencer out and back to the outside world, leaving behind the tangle of iron and steel and returning to the embrace of the adobe pueblo, to the smell of the desert air, and the sting of the heat. Yuri will escort Spencer out to that spot where she first appeared. "It helps to know the end result of a failure of diplomacy, but that is my burden to carry. I will see you again, Spencer, and when I do, we can sit and talk as we did before."

The esper will smile at the Delphi, pausing to let her speak...

<insert anything Spencer posts to say here>

Then take a step back, and if Spencer has the means to leave, he leaves her to those devices. Otherwise, he'll signal a thought to the Mindform back in the laboratory to Translocate Spencer to the Café.

Spencer visibly relaxes once the heat hits her face. Her feet touch the dust on the ground and straight back relaxes slightly to her normal, slightly slouched posture.  The Delphi closes her eyes and raises her face to greet the hot sun, seemingly to soak up its rays like someone who hadn’t seen it for days. Truly, Spencer seems much happier to be back out in the fresh air and the light.

After what seems like a long moment, she opens her eyes and looks at Yuri. “Of course we will,” she says finally. “I fully expect you to be at my counter in the morning for your coffee.” She smiles. “Unless you suspect that the Code will be keeping all of your attention.”

[OOC: sorry for the delay, I was having a difficult time channeling Spencer.]

Yuri gives the Delphi a smile. A rare, true, honest smile, not one tainted by politics or ambitions or any other drive. With a chuckle, he says, "Of course I'll be there, just please, no more New-Age coffee flavors for me. I'll stick to the traditional for the moment."

His smile fades, "I doubt the Code will be keeping anyone's attention for long. I don't see much of a future for them."

He shakes his head, "I know you are not fond of talk of destruction or doom or other such military motions, so I will not dampen your mood with them. When all is said and done, if you want details, I shall make them availible. A Delphi once told me that once something is learned, it is very difficult to unlearn it. Such is the burden of knowledge."

“Oh come on,” she jokes. “You know you want to try my carrot and chocolate espresso.” Beat. “I’m kidding.”

“And I’m not fond of destruction for many reasons. But just because I’m not fond of it doesn’t mean that I shouldn’t know it and sadly, I do. Destruction is integral to re-growth and continuation of a cycle, I just don’t care to be around and much as I used to.”

She looks to the horizon, “I know just as much as anyone the burden of knowledge.”

Yuri chuckles, "Perhaps Esper will be more able to appreciate it then I will."

Yuri follows her gaze to the endless horizon, where the sepia wash of the sand meets the sky, "War and destruction were my world. It is my hope that I may be able to make them less a part of this one." He takes a step back, "I do not wish to keep you from your duties, Spencer. Just give the word... Esper will hear you from here."

Spencer snickers again. “You know I was kidding, right? Carrot and chocolate espresso sounds vile, even to me.”

She takes a step away. “Take care of yourself, Yuri.” She smiles before walking away, presumably to Proper and the DigiNet Café.

Yuri nods, "Oh I know, but Esper probably won't, not until she tries it..."

Yuri watches her take a few steps away from the Gunsmoke facility, "Take care, Spencer..." and then he gives a mental signal to Esper.

Deep within the complex, the Mindform hears the mental command of her father, and flicks the switch. The Delphi is bathed in the soft blue light and fog of the Translocator effect, and in a flash of an instant, easily missed if one were to blink at the proper time, Spencer will be in Proper, some thirty feet from the Café.

Cassie, we need to make this a huge explosion, like none seen before in proper. I think if we used primarily zany energy it would get through their tech sheild and cause a real good boom.
