I think if you go by train you'll need to go NYC to Philly then Philly to Cherry Hill. Make sure you get on the Atlantic City Line and not PATCO in Philly. I suppose you can use PATCO line, but the ATCL stops in Cherry Hill and the station isn't too far from the hotel.

A possibility is to take NJT(New Jersey Transit) from Trenton (after getting to Trenton first) towards Cherry Hill via the River Line.  However, that would still leave someone at a train stop needing a lift to the hotel, which is a few miles away.

The River Line, http://www.riverline.com/, terminates at the Walter Rand Transportation Center.  From there you can take bus route 406, http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/bus/T0406.pdf, east and it goes right by the hotel.  On the map, second page, of the 406 schedule look for Covered Bridge Road.  That's where the hotel is.

There is no "overkill".  There is only "Open Fire" and "Time to Reload!"

You could take a greyhound bus to mount laurel from port athoraty i think theres a local bus that heads out from there to cherry hill. otherwise its not too far for a cab.  it would be alot easyer than trying to get out of philly.

Or maybe the hotel shuttle gets out to the Transportation Center.
