Vlad sits in a cramped room, within the City of Lost Angels, facing a man in a lab coat stained with oil and grease.
The Scientist says,"Thank you for coming Mr. Grimme"
Vlad says," I am a busy man this better be good."
The Scientist replies,"This is worth your time."
Vlad says,"Well what is it?"
The scientist says,"Well I have come up with a device that would help you control the creature in you, also it will allow you to harness it's energy."
Vlad looks intrigued,"How do you know I have a creature in my head..."
The Scientist says," The good Reverand used some of his goodly magic to help me build the device"
Vlad says," Ahh, well what do you call this device?"
The Scientist with much pride says,"It is called The Fetter cause it chains the monster in you"
Vlad says,"How do I use it?"
The Scientist says,"Well I suppose I would somehow plugit into your brain."
Vlad looks frightened at the thought,"Well I have a friend in the field why dont you let him take a look at this device, and let him mmake the surgery."
The Scientist says," Ok I guess."
Vlad leaves and heads out to the main Cathedral
