A white pearlescent swirl tinged in black appears in the Cove, out of which falls AElf, a human woman in a silver bathing suite and two wet otters, one younger then the other.  As they hit the floor the lightfoot tumbles away from the others to land in a crouch, now wearing a black leather body suite, and not the green and white clothing from before. Her eyes narrow as she scans the area around her, looking very much annoyed.

The MUD critter known as Velguader, who had not left the Cove since her departure and was in fact enjoying a nap underneath a table, opens an eye.

"Welcome back, Aelf," he says, unmoving.

[wcshoe]

The swimsuit clad human, looking remarkably like AElf, tumbles into a similar crouch, dripping water on the wood floor. She yells out. "Hyran! Get your ass in gear!"

Clever, the larger otter, manages to land on her feet, and squeaks at AElf. "You'll never find yourself, if you never stop running away from yourself."

Cuteypie, the smaller otter, rolls in an ungraceful pile, ending up looking at Velguader in wide eyed wonder, squeaking a greeting at the metal dog.

The bartender, immediately drops down behind the bar. Less than a second later, every booth with a privacy unit is lit by a flashing red light. He pops back into view a moment later, holding an almost dainty looking metallic cylinder in his hand, pointed loosely over the bar counter. He speaks softly, but clearly, "Code Red."





OOC: As of this point, NO portalling (poof!) into or out of the bar at the Cove is allowed, either through RP or Game Effects. If you wish to enter, you must come in from the beach outside, through the doors, and down the Trophy Hall. Exiting would take the exact opposite route. Any attempt to enter through a portal (poof!) places you on the beach outside. Any attempt to exit through a portal (poof!) simply fails. If you are unsure whether or not your instantaneous transport mechanisms function here, email me privately.

OOC - Standard Cove Rules: Please be aware that Deaths that occur within the Cove are Nexally Real Deaths, and will result in a Hole Punch.  All Powers and Skills will function within the Cove, save for the ones specifically mentioned as not working here. The Cove is a part of the Domain of New Aldaraan (And has been since Bron gave it to Hyran...), and has seperate rules governing its Game Mechanics. Please also be aware that your presense here IC represents your agreement as a player to these terms.[/color]

“I am not running….”   The lightfoot retorts as she slowly rises from her crouch, still very much on a guarded defensive stance, whose movement is mirrored exactly by the human woman.  “I had something and now it is gone. This is the last place I saw it…”

[wcshoe]

The human female replies, even as she rises. "And once you find it, you're going to run, right?"

Clever chirps in as well. "At least settle down a bit, and let Ki'bo rest for a while. The one being in all of eternity that is completely and unquestionably loyal to you, and you are exhausting him."

Cuteypie, still on the floor near Velgauder, chirps, "Hello. can you go swimming in water?"

The glare AElf gave the woman, was venomous “You have no right to judge me.”   If there was a retort to Clever it was not spoken out loud as the lightfoot moved to where she last was in the Cove, and looked around the area for the missing item.

Her attention turned to Velgauder “Lovious gave me a pin, it was brown and about this big” she made an approximant size of the brooch with her hands “Have you seen it?”

[VladGrimme]

Vlad(Ziek) strolls into the cove. Walking with a purpose. When he gets to the inside of the cove he speaks "I am looking for Hyran." Vlad(Ziek) will move to the bar and sit down.

The bartender, still covering the two women, speaks to Vlad without turning completely to face him. "He is busy at the moment, if you would care to leave a message I'll try to get it top him. If he's still around after he is done."

[VladGrimme]

Vlad replies, "Well I need to talk to him in person or someone who is incharge of lightfoot and its property. I will wait here or if there is a place for me to find him I will go there."

"What interest in Lightfoot have you?"   AElfgifu asks as she waits for the critter's answer to her question

Vlad turns his attention to Aelf, "What does it concern you? But you look like someone who might be able to help. I am looking for Lady Shadow, The Witch King and for a special sword that lightfoot may have."

"Becasue I am Lightfoot." the elf replies turning to face him "Now why would such beings and item be of interest to you?"

[VladGrimme]

Vlad replies, "Well if we could talk in private. I might be able to divulge some information." Vlad motions to a silence booth. Vlad than says, "I can see you are a lightfoot, but I have not seen you around in awhile."

“If you give me a few, while I get an answer to my query from this charming critter” AElf replies nodding to Velgaurder “ Though I don’t know why you feel that a booth is necessary, after all everyone here has a tie to Hyran in one way or another.”

[SigmaCaine]

A faint whirring noise comes from the dog, like a harddrive spinning.

"Magnifying image... Processing..."

He stands up and walks over to Aelf. "A brown, circular pin made of - calculating - 97% certain - plastic. That useless Lugosi, Frig'emall, picked it up and took it to the Cave. He, Cutthroat, Valeria, and Sigma - my bonded - are currently with Lovious."

Velguader then looks down at Cuteypie. "Yes. I am waterproof and adept at swimming through many types of currents. I can also withstand pressure down to fifty meters."
