Well, I guess I can give half the planned schedule the chop.

I don't suppose they've told you when they plan on taking the room over. I wouldn't want our schedules to overlap.

They haven't told me yet - if possible, we could use 8-10 hour blocks at nights into early morning.

We can get together and make sure we don't overlap...

Any idea which days they'll be there and what time they want to start?

It's a safe assumption they'll need an hour on Sunday for the awards. That's no problem.

If nothing else, a way to contact them directly to them would be awesome, especially in light of the deadline I just got handed to me by Vinny. I need to have a finished, formated and detailed schedule sent to him by the first of July and I want to get some substantive work done.

If I don't get a schedule from them by the deadline I'll have to make a schedule based on their last presentation at S.E.III (Friday & Saturday: 8pm to close - Sunday: 12pm to 1pm).
