Oh yeah, I'll be up there.
We should all just stay up for like the 3 days straight and have a crazy ass time i can bring no-doze for the weak ones lol....but yeah it would be nice for someone to post the hotels i googled a couple but wcshoe has a good idea so we all raid one hotel. and can someone also please PM me the directions to central it would be much appreciated since i would love to be there. |

Well, I will try my best to be there. I can't think of any conflicts, but then, sometimes, I just can't think.
I will need directions (from 287 in NJ) and I can use those to find local motels and hotels using the good ole' internet

I'd like to come. But I'm also driving up from the VA Beach area... It's not so much the driving time as the gas money that's a factor. If I could grab crash space (floor/closet/back of a van/etc.), I'll be there ^_^

Ok did a lil diving and this is what i came up with...the only hotel i found with avalibility thats still for a ok rate.
1 regular room with a queen bed Regular rate $129.00 USD
1 regular room with 2 double beds Regular rate $129.00 USD
Suite 1 queen bed queen bed in bedroom sofa bed in living room. Regular rate $159.00 USD
The Esplanade At White Plains
South Broadway at Lyon Place
White Plains, NY US
Now thats just for 1 night so its looking like its gonna be 260+tax for most of us now ima gamer as are we all and we've fit atleast 4 people in a room. NOw i would love for someone to say hey guys dont worry crash at my place but idk if anyone is willing to do that but this is the best place i found for a good rate if we can team up with 2 to a room it wont be that much of a expense on either of us and we wouldnt have to worry about someone coming in at odd hours becaue we are gonna be on the same schedule. So what does everyone think?

Is this the best we can get? I was hoping for something under $100 a night. I don't mind sharing a room with two beds, but I am not real excited about sharing a bed with another guy or sleeping on the floor. I hate to say it, but yeah... that looks like the best... I just did a google search of hotels in the area, and there isn't JACK that's within a 5-mile radius... anything that you guys are gonna want for our price range... it's a distance away.
my best advice is to look at individual chains... see how close they are to Central. make your decisions that way.

Anyway like i said i never mind takeing the floor thats how i ussually sleep at home anyway sometimes but like andy was saying most liekly his house will become a crash zone if he chooses it to be that. Be that as it may we really need to get this ball rolling as you all know because the gathering is in what 19 days? |
