[As per the resolution at Lugosicon. Apologies for the delay in any form of post.]

The Plasma Cannon of Horrendous Doom fires at the central sphere of the Unified Circuit, the plasma dancing along the sphere harmlessly, before being channeled to the bottom of the sphere. The plasma leaps off the bottom of the sphere to a series of collection ducts, which seem to have opened specifically for this task, and siphon the plasma deep beneath the Circuit's frame. Steam vents on structures blast newly formed steam, and the sound of additional generators coming online hums through the super-hardened concrete.

(ooc: can someone pm or email me a play-by-play of what happened with this scene at Lugosicon?  Where is everyone at this point?)

ooc: The shot was fired, the above happened, and once the circuit didn't blow up, everyone randomly dispersed, except of course for the Statue Socket.

Frig'emall wanders by and places some bird seed on Socket's head and shoulders, (The real thing since I am pretty sure he does not have dandruff anymore) then moves on.

After a short time birds begin landing and of course leaving droppings on Socket as he stands statuelike.

[Socket]

*Socket jerks suddenly into motion, dropping the phone pole, and scaring the rest of the crap out of the various birds that were adorning it just a moment ago.  As the birds scatter, Socket quite merrily skips along chasing after a few of them away from the Circuit and into Proper*

"Pretty birdies, like the birdies, come back and play little birdies! hee ha hii hee haa"

*Socket walks back up to the Circuit and sees the Pole sitting on the ground covered and surrounded by bird droppngs*

"What the fridge happened here?  This is going to need some serious decontamination.  Eew."

*picks up the Pole by the cleanest-ish area*

"Some beings just have no shame; excreting processed biological waste products out in public like that."

*it whistles and moments later the Hall of Doom rises out the swamp that wasn't there a minute ago.  Socket walks on in attempting shake some of the droppings off as the Hall sinks below the surface of the swamp that was just there a moment ago*
