"The Spoils" , is it returning?

Anyone know if "The Spoils" is going to be returning to DexCon? After their last appearance, and their appearance at GenCon last year, a lot of my friends and I have been discussing them and curious if they are planning to return.

They are currently having some financial difficulties and have decided to curtail their schedule for the time being.

Sadly, Tenacious Games is currently for sale. Where the game goes from here is anyone's guess.
