No "one-shot" is Not James Moore
"one-shot" is the person who ran it at DEXCON 8 and I am letting him introduce himself.

Hello all!

Yes, I, as Head GM of On - Targett Entertainment, am again running Killer at SEII.

The game will be played much like before, using Stickers to kill your opponent. We will be going with the 'Last Player Standing Wins' variation of the game again.

The game will start at 8:00 PM Friday. I request that you please show up at 7:30 to get your picture taken and to be given rules of how to play.

I will also be running the game on Saturday, all day, but this time, no stickers. All you do is get your target alone, NO WITNESSES, and show him the picture you have of him.

Sound easy? It isn't!!!

If you have any questions, feel free to post them here, and I will answer them as quickly as I can.

Mind you, there will be NO WEAPONS in this game, aside from the stickers and photos that will be provided !!

Talk to you soon,

Shawn Targett, your friendly Killer GM.

Oh, one more thing before I entertain questions.....

The style in this game that I would like to emphasize is... STEALTH!!!!

There will be no running up to your target with a sticker out and jabbing it anywhere you can on their body.... the whole point of this game is to kill your target without them knowing!!!

For that matter, there is NO RUNNING AT ALL!!!

Think stealth, people!!! If you have seen Assassin movies, or read Assassin books, or played any manner of RPG with assassins in them, they DO NOT blatantly attack and kill their target... they use finesse and stealth..... leave the boorishness to the grunts/fighters/etc.

This is NOT HALO!!! in real life!!! This is a game of stealth.....

That is all.....

Sounds easy?? how do you get the person alone when they are all busy in the con areas? thats definitely a hard one to judge, as bathrooms are standardly off limits, as are hotel rooms.
i do like your no running rule, finesse IS important in an assassins game.

You're not a Lightfoot, are you ....     While most of our kills are quite flamboyant, there is the necessity of being quiet and patient and stealthy.  Those are the kills no one hears about but they HAVE been done.  Many an Avatar has ducked into some sort of room to escape .....  It doesn't work to the more pateint of us. Grin  Others just move to other targets.
