Gotta agree with Zero on the chat colors, trying to type blue on black is going to kill my eyes. 
As for the layout, the brightness doesn't bother me, but bringing back the consistency would be neat.  It looks like some aspects of our layout got lost in the upgrade.

The system's time stamp is on Standard time. That is, at 2:45, my messages are time-stamping as 1:45.

This problem still exists. I just posted; it's 4:08. The message time-stamped as 3:08. And it's not even late October, when a DST shift might be understandable (if the DST-extension patch wasn't applied).

Also curious about the graphic on the sticky files that refuses to load.  I have the rotating X on some threads, but there's still that placeholder for "I ain't showin' you this graphic, nyaaah!!!" on the stickies, and on certain other posts, including some of mine.

(And yeah, my post times are off by about an hour as well.)

confirming this glitch is still prevalent.  will provide screenshots if necessary.

Adding a 'ditto' on the mismatched visual styles. The "Hello" and "Info Center" panels and the posting interface match each other, but don't match the visual style of the rest of the site.
