It turns out that they included the game manual for the expansion in the latest patch. And it's a nice easy PDF, too!

Go to your World of Warcraft folder (most commonly C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft)

Go to the following folder: \Data\enUS\Documentation

Open Manual_WLK.pdf
