A mix of surprised relief flashes across the elf’s eyes.  “I don’t mind waiting.”

Master Ruckle, scratching the ears of the cat who made the small Jedi its new best friend ever, clears his throat. "I can cover you here, Kree."

Amanda looks slightly surprised, but nods. "Thanks. AElfgivu, are you ready now?"

[AElf]

“I suppose so” the elf takes another deep calming breath “I’ve been putting this off for a while, to be honest.  The Land shouldn’t have changed any but I’m not sure what memories will come up. And then there’s that issue with what Crafty did to my home while I was gone.” She sighs at the thinking of otters, as she runs a hand through her hair brushing it back at the futility of trying to figure out said thinking of otters  “Somehow, despite the fact that my land locks down when I’m gone for extended periods, Crafty, so he says, managed to have his ‘folk’ clone me, sneak her past the jedi guard and put her in my home to bake cookies.”  AElf gives a little shake of her head “And the poor Critter doesn’t understand why I have a slight problem with that.”

"Well, when Hyran talked to him about it, he said that he did it so the land wouldn't wither up from missing you. Sounds like he had good intentions there. She took care of your place well. And they didn't get past any Jedi, Cutthroat took her in through something he called a MUD portal. They didn't come through this bridge."

Amanda gestures, and the neatly folded jedi robe sitting on the ground at the base of the nearest tree floats through the air to her, as does the small backpack near it. Putting them on, she tilts her head at AElf. "One last thing I need to do."

Raising a small comlink, she speaks into it. "New Aldaraan Control. Amanda Kreiger, relieved of duty by Ruckle Stoutclaw. Taking AElfgivu through the Bridge, by her request."

[AElf]

“I know he did, but as the saying goes ‘good intentions gavel the path to the underworld.’”   AElf turns her attention to Ruckle   “Thanks you for your help Master Ruckle”

And seeing that Amanda is ready, AElfgivu steps through the portal returning her to her land.

Amanda follows through the portal...

Amanda emerges from the portal, walking steadily until she is five meters away from it.

Raising her hand, she speaks into her comlink. "New Aldaraan Control, Amanda Kreiger, returning to portal duty."

Looking at Ruckle and the large cat, she lowers her comlink, and continues speaking. "She didn't want to have that talk, after all."

[Mack Ravensline]

Mack heads into New Aldaraan. Once inside he activates his com unit. "Hyran, please respond."

[wcshoe]

Hyran is sitting at the stone table in the clearing, wearing a dark grey robe. He is scanning a small electronic pad, and absentmindedly gestures toward Mack. "I'm here."

[Mack Ravensline]

   Mack walks up to the table and in a quiet tone talks to his friend. "I have had a meeting with Amanda. I am pretty sure it is the one from our universe. She would like to see you. We had a long talk and she seems genuinely repentant and wishes for forgiveness. If you can talk to her I think it will help both of you. She is in a clearing in Proper. I can take you to her if you would like."

[wcshoe]

Hyran looks genuinely startled. "Here? She is an Avatar now also? Or is this another facet of Aelfgifu? Crap, that means she died again."

Standing, he puts away his pad, tucking it into a belt pouch. "What is she repentant for? And why would she want forgiveness?"

"Lead on. I hope to hell this isn't one of Green's traps. I wouldn't put it past her, though."

As Hyran steps away from the stone table, Mack can clearly see there are 2 additional unfamiliar lightsabers hanging from Hyran's belt, one of which looks like it might have taken damage during a fight.

[Mack Ravensline]

"She is here now in the Nexus, but currently only as a shade. She is repentant for having been a part of the Dark side before the end. Since she is here now I assume she could become an Avatar if she has the sufficiant will for it. I do not believe it is Aelf, though they are similar in looks, there was a person in a military looking outfit that claimed to be her "anchor", whatever that means. She told me if I was to look for Amanda, I would find her. I did, and I believe it was the Amanda we knew. Come follow me." Mack leads to Proper then leads Hyran to the clearing where Amanda's shade is.
