Friday - Bill, Annette & I braved the night cold weather trying to find Martha & George (Washington) restaurant.  We finally found it after circumventing the downtown Morristown area.  The waiting time was 20 minutes and we were hungry.  While waiting, I noticed that there was a ‘dress code’ and we were defiantly underdressed.  They served us anyways. Annette & Bill liked their food.  I didn’t think much of it.
I was still unaware of the dress code until I read it here. Almost makes me want to try going back and see how far below their dress code i can go and still get served...

Saturday – I stayed in the con suite most of the con because people will come in there to gorge on sweets.  Bill stayed in there updating Avatar C.C.s.  He and I are always cracking jokes if not on each other we’ll pick some poor soul to be the focus of our hilarity.  He kept staring at this one girl and made a simple observation.  That one thing kept me in stitches for 10 – 15 minutes.  I remember being able to this to Tim Norton (Ty Verrat of Lightfoot).  I never thought I would be doing it myself.
It was a cheap crack, and I feel about having made it. However, I do not feel bad for the results in Mike. Making somebody laugh until they cry and can barely breathe is always fun.

Let me know when I'm supposed to feel bad.

You won't feel bad unless you hurt a friend. As far as I know, you don't give a rats butt about strangers, one of your more endearing traits. :)

Many thanks to EVERYBODY who kept things going.  This is the smoothest con I can remember, which is astonishing in a new hotel.

Nice folks, these.  Oh, and David tells me that Suburban Transit (the bus co. that used to take us from NYC to E. Brunswick) has a bus to Headquarters Plaza -- basically, the other end of the convention center, by the convenience store.

Really. I'll have to look into that for Dexcon and see how the prices compare with NJ Transit rail.

Dexcon is nothing without its opening ceremonies. i did what i did for the convention goers. you guys put time and effort into making those videos, and if we hadnt fixed the problem it would have been for nothing.  So aside from the thank you, you gave me. Thank you Avie for the laughs, see you at dreamation.

I've got to add my own thanks to everyone else's. This was my first DexCon (albeit not my first con by any stretch), and I had a wonderful time.

Kudos to the team, and I'm looking forward to the next!
