Hello I go by Raul or Ralo, I generally play our Fantasy, Super Hero and Modern realms as a devoted volunteer writer and NPC.
I have been unable to make a Wild West event but I'll answer anything I can.
See idk about this one i know normally they play with spell packets as bullets and a odd set of rules for damage.
1 bullet is one damage...
...modifiers to this are what type of gun. Certain HUGE (more modern guns) grant impacting damage (verbally hear "Impact 1")
Which means it is unblockable by a shield if the packet hits you you take the damage.
I am unsure if the Wild West realm has huge weaponry.
In Mystic Realms its ussually you have the skill for the weapon and if you are shooting you do a Loud count i.e. Aim 1 Aim 2 Aim 3 you then say loadly Bullet
You generally just want to say it at a normal tone you won't have to yell, unless of course if you get excited we won't hold that against you.
The Aiming count is there to prevent wanton flinging of packets and serves as your character lining up that shot. Instead of firing aimlessly, our combat is done in a similar fashion we don't swing aimlessly but take time and line up shots in a very strategic manner. (at least we all try to excitement is quite the bugger.

) It allows us to become better at both being offensive and defensive as fighters and the like.
or what ever projectile you are useing and then through the spell packet if struck you must say the damage or effect if they dont hear it then they dont take it or they take
If you hit someone and they don't see or hear you , you just have it clarified that they got hit (and others around you will help you) and they take the damage and the game keeps going unstopped as the recipient roleplays the damage or takes a step and a grunt.( or both in my case)
minimum damage which is 1
All weapon strikes do 1 damage and most guns do 1 damage, except spells they do 3 damage and can be combined with the Feat: Double! to inflict 6 damage of a specific type.
Also last I remember characters were created right then and there, if you want to read our rules ahead of time you can get it from our downloads section.
