If you look through the history files you will see that we have kept membership prices stable for the past FOUR YEARS! DREAMATION 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009 have been $45.00 pre-reg and DEXCON 9, 10, 11 & 12 have been $50.00 pre-reg. The economy has finally caught up to us, and we're going to do a tiny (small, insignificant, miniscule, microscopic, etc.) increase to $50.00 for DREAMATION 2010 (February 18 - 21, 2010) and $55.00 for DEXCON 13 (July 7 - 11, 2010).
Look, the economy sucks, and printing costs have gone up, and we have something to admit - we've been eating (literally) some of the cost of the DEXCON Wednesday night buffet. So we're going to slightly increase the cost of t-shirts and the buffet as well (DREAMATION 2010 t-shirts will cost $12.00, DEXCON 13 FULL COLOR t-shirts will cost $18.00, and the DEXCON 13 Wednesday night buffet will cost $24.00).
BUT...
Just like last year, we're going to let you stave off the price increases by offering a SUPER SPECIAL COMBO PACKAGE, until August 15, 2009. And, just like last year, we're going to offer THE SAME PRICE of $75.00 for the basic Combo and $109.00 for the Super Deluxe Combo!!!
Let's do the math - For the basic Combo, we're charging only $75.00 for the cost of registration to DREAMATION 2010 ($50.00) and DEXCON 13 ($55.00); a savings of $30.00! For the Super Deluxe Combo, we're charging only $109.00 for the cost of registration to both conventions ($105.00), plus the DREAMATION 2010 t-shirt ($12.00), plus the DEXCON 13 t-shirt ($18.00), plus the DEXCON 13 Wednesday night Buffet ($24.00); a WHOPPING savings of $50.00!!!
We're going to be posting registration info and GM Proposal forms for the individual conventions after August 14th. We're looking forward to making 2010 the biggest Double Exposure year EVER!
