Card pull system

I noticed that these forums have a card pull system, and i was wondering how one could get such a system into their own roleplay forums? I'm trying to setup a website for a VLARP that a play -with the hosts permission of course.-

Vinny hand coded it using PHP. I remember much cursing while he was doing this.
