Video Card

So  I am in the market for a new video card.  I got a wicked fast PC with an OK graphics card so I am looking for top of the line stuff here.  Price is a consern but I do expect to have to open my wallet for it.  What I have now is what the tower came with its a
 ATI Radion HD 3600.  Right now it runs Crysis smoothly(for the most part) at high settings with DX9.  But I beleve with something better in the graphics department the system wouldn't have a problem with Very High with DX10.  Anyway any help would be apprecated.  And if anyone wants the grapics card I have we can discuss price.  It works with out a problem just want something with more kick.  I also hear it is small in physical size so it fits in laptops well too!
