Where can I find a Vampire the masquerade, tile creator/ set or something of the like? I wanted to set up a game for friends interested to try it out.

sorry, i was looking for something to make a board, or "map" for the use of the game. I could reuse some older D&D  map "tiles", for this purpose. but i was wondering if there as some online program so i could design and print my own..

Start there for simple stuff.  Beyond that, try google.  Fear not.  It won't bite.

If using a CAD program dosen't scare you to death, try Campaign Cartographer.

Or *cringe* you could try D&D Interactive's map maker
