Ok after seeing some of the threads, is it ok to double post? Most of the forums I've been on get all upitty when you DP. Ooh and I got a jobzzorz! Busboy-ing at an Italian restaurant.

I don't think it's a problem; I'll let you know if I change my mind >>>Vinny

Is anyone else getting a headache from this color scheme? It's much more annoying than the swirly thing ever was.

Thanks, Mr. Cheerful.
Overwhelmingly, people have loved the color scheme. Nice to meet you? Glad to see you?

*jumps up and cheers* Yaaay!
... waits... ...waits more...
rotten tease. you aren't giving them back, are you?
;-)
(for the record, I understand why people don't like them. I happen to find them endearing and non-intrusive, however unbelievable that might be. And now they are part of the DE mythos, which makes them doubly cool. People will forever compare things to the swirlies!)

The words hurt my brain!!! This lavender violet thing on dark gray makes me want to tear my hairs out. On light gray it's not as bad, so I only want to kill myself reading every other comment. Maybe I'll just only read the ones on the light background from now on. This spell-checker idea is novel though. Do you think I can get one for my elven battle-mage? He's always flubbing spells, and at the worst possible times too!

Ok, so basically, you're asking me to put the swirly things back... That man doesn't know what he's talking about, Vinny. Keep the color scheme and put the swirly down, please.

Wait. The swirly rainbow cursor thing from the old site? It was a cool effect. It would be cool if Vinny put it up again but its not really all tthat neccessary. But it still would be really cool

Ok, so maybe I was a bit premature in thinking I had figured out how to work things on this site. Really, I am computer savvy. Every time the computers at work act up, I threaten them with a 16 pound sledge hammer, and they start working again. Brian

Heh, I use that method all of the time. Usually it works. Amazing how with electronics, just the threat of force, can bring them into line.

Did the colors change? I'm on my laptop now, so maybe that's why it looks different, but I think there is some definite improvement. My userid is my first initial and last name. That is the only clue I will give! Sincerely, Ken Can I get a real-world name? Do I know you? Thanks! --Avie
