I corrected the wording in my initial post to correspond to the actual wording on the cards as they stand now.  Cassie's post had an exact quote from the Galahad card.  The detrimental effects only occur when the user is not of that orb's house.

I'm not sure about the colors, and I'll try to get Avie to post.  She's particularly busy this week with Real Life stuff, so don't take offense if it takes a little to get that part of the answer.

As far as ready pouch, I'm not sure about that either.  I'm thinking the answer is "None" since they orbit the user, much like an Ioun Stone.

Also, I'll make sure we're printing up new buttons for Orb holders, if they haven't been printed already.

*The (House) Councilor in possession of this Item will neither be granted, nor suffer, any effects.

Cause otherwise, you can potentially screw up 15 Councilors every Dreamation...

Orbs can be equipped in any slot, as long as nothing else is in that slot.

Follow up, as per Avie:

I don't see any reason why you couldn't equip all as many orbs as will fit, but god only knows the plot effect of such a thing.  However, since they return to their owner after 30 minutes, it'd have to be something done purposely by every orb-holder or it'd never work.

As for Fleming, only the Fleming orb is hidden, and the item card for that orb is different than the others - and is not apparent even when worn by a non-Fleming.  All other orbs require the button to be worn and are apparent to others, even when held by a Fleming.

Meanwhile, let us think about the Hypnosis abuse, and talk to other GM's to ensure we have an official answer on this one.  They are not immune to the orbs, as written - the only effect at the moment is that the orb is not 'apparent' on the Fleming, and they do not have to wear a button for it.  Even if some group does start stealing orbs, see again the 30 minute clause on the orbs.

I thought it was only the Fleming Orb that was not apparent on a Fleming.

If I somehow force a Fleming to take the Lightfoot orb, would they not be outed by the fact that it was not apparent on them? Or is that effect one that Flemings could turn on and off at will?
