My head is spinning - the only slot that doesn't conflict with a high-profile LARP right now is Friday morning, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
I don't think Avatars are physically capable of existing AND gathering at that time of morning. But maybe I'm wrong.
I'm seriously thinking we have to go with a 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday slot for the Council Meeting. Midnight Friday puts it up against Fishdevil, and I don't want to do that to anybody. Saturday at Midnight is Dystopia Rising. Again, that would suck. I'm trying to avoid the KR slot, the Cybergen slot, the... yeah. Our own little LARP explosion makes it hard to find an appropriate slot.
I'm sorry for the fact that 11 to 1, midday, is an odd timeslot. Let's talk now about when we want the meeting at DREAMATION?

11 to 1 on friday would work. We all can have lunch while the meeting goes on so most people will be distracted and keep quite maybe things will get done for once lol.

It's been scheduled for 2 hours several years running now. Usually 8-10PM on Saturday nights, both at DREAMATION and DEXCON. If you can't get what you want out of it in two hours, that's not the fault of the scheduler.  |
