Event Unnamed - a Track 42 Style Event

Details to come, but I wanted to give as much notice as possible.

The weekend of September 10 - 12, 2010 will be a Track 42 style event, held at the Marriot Hanover in Whippany, NJ.

For our new players, a Track 42 style event means that you will be invited to either request a style of quest and/or an item you're after and assigned a GM, OR you'll bid a game style that you'd like to run and then we schedule you to run during a set slot during the weekend. 

In a Live Role Playing Game that often takes place at conventions, it's easy for personal goals, missions and desires to get lost in the shuffle. Track 42 offers you the opportunity to scratch those itches, and makes it easier to settle in and focus on the metaplot arcs when we run them for an entire weekend.  There's nothing like an itchy Avatar to make it hard to pay attention to carefully crafted plottish events.

(The following is currently placed at Security Clearance ULTRAVIOLET. Reading the following without appropriate security clearance is considered treason.  Players will only get a hole punch if they manage to go through all 6 clones.  Don't worry about whether you know the system or not - it's Treason to know too much, anyway. 
Please note that I need a bit more prep for this game than most genres, to discuss mutations and/or secret societies.  So if you're interested, send an email sooner rather than later.  People still can join up last second, but you won't get a choice for societies.)

I'm lame, i never remember the group code for the Hotel.  can i use it online?  or do i have to call (i keep forgetting during business hours)

I will confirm with Vinny, but I do not believe there is any special code.  Just tell the hotel that you are with Double Exposure. 

And yes, you have to call during business hours.
