[Jon Stone]

Jon sat behind his desk in Gunsmoke.  Tilting on the back two legs of the chair with his feet on the desk Jon leafed through a large hardcover book he was reading.  The last Lugosicon and the Ghostrock ritual had left a bit of an impression on him.  It seemed to Jon that everyone was looking at things from a solely mystical point of view, but he knew tech could help somehow.  It had taken some digging but Jon finally had an idea, now he just needed to figure out if it was crazy enough to work...or just plain crazy.

Tossing the book on the table and taking his feet from the desk the front legs of the chair thumped against the floor.  Jon rose from the chair after gathering some notes and his computer from off the desk he made his way out to the kitchen.  Reaching the kitchen Jon walks to the kitchen table and turns on one of his many upgrades.  The Holo-Conference Table flickered to life and Jon began dialing peoples communicators.

Yuri, Steed, Stran, Echo, and Shamus all receive calls on their various communication devices.

[Echo Gamin]

A holographic image of the girl known to the Nexus as Echo Gamin shimmers at the table. "Has it already blown up or is there time to stop it?"

You see a image of Shamus pop up clearly standing there  "Jon whats up...Oh Oi Echo"

[Yuri_Prime]

What appears first is not an image of Yuri, but a more geometric design. Six orbs, arranged in a hexagon pattern, each connected by a silver pipe, all surrounding a larger central sphere. The voice that comes through is obviously artificial.

"Acknowledgment of transmission. Premier Yuri will be arriving to a secure location shortly."

The image of the geometric figure lingers for a moment before fading into nonexistence, only to be replaced by the image of Yuri. A little worse for wear from the looks of it, though apparently still in one piece.

"Doctor Stone, how can I.... ahhh, Echo, and Shamus as well. Excellent to see you both." a pause, "So what can I do for you all?"

[Echo Gamin]

"Oi yerself, Seamus. Hey Yuri." The teenager's image waves cheerily.

[TheonlyShamus]

"Comrade its good to see your in one piece after hearing what happened."

[Jon Stone]

Jon taps his chin, "hmmmm, I'd really like to wait for Stran and Steed if thats all right, I feel like they'll be valuable to this conversation.  And no Echo, nothing has blown up yet.  In short, while we wait, I have an idea for how Tech's can help improve the Ghostrock containment.  Echo, do you think you could get Jason, he'll be helpful for this too."

[Echo Gamin]

The teenager smirks. "Yeah. I think I can do that. You know he isn't a tech though, right?"

[Yuri_Prime]

To the partially assembled brain trust, Yuri gives a nod. For a moment, his attention is drawn to something on his side. "Apologies, Project Ahngyayl is in the final stages of implimentation, I won't be distracted but for a moment." and true to his word, the Soviet Premier's attention soon returned to the collected Avatars. "There. As perfect as mathematics allows."

"Oh, and as for Jason, his potential unfamiliarity with the subject matter may be all the more reason for him to be here." Yuri counseled. "He'll see the flaw that none of us do."
 


[ OOC Note: Ahngyayl translates from Russian to "Angel"]

[Echo Gamin]

Echo nods with appreciation at Yuri's point. "Makes sense. I'll ask him pronto."  She scans the group again, searching for a missing face and frowns. She raises an eyebrow at Jon Stone.

"Um... While we're naming people who should be here, I'm gonna ask a stupid question. Have you contacted Ashleigh? You know, the guy who used harmonic equation technology to protect the population of the entire gathering hotel from the effects of the Ghost Rock for... um... cycles? Because the only other avatar to resist the G.R. effects is Brother Seneca Shakran whose methods, to the best of my knowledge, don't use tech and aren't easily reproduced. So... as brilliant as the rest of us are, I'd suggest we either hail Ashleigh or else call this holo-summit Re-Invent-the-Wheel-Con."

[TheonlyShamus]

You see shamus walk off the projection and back on with a few e-pads strained as all hell.

"Folks give me 3 seconds im going to figure this whole mess out.  This is what happens when i get mad, and my brain wants to work.  Theres not much up there but when it turns on bad things happen."

Shamus will then start scanning through a bunch of the pads and seem to totally ignore everything around him.

OOC: Be afraid of the things im about to come up with

[Jon Stone]

"Honestly Echo I had no idea that Ashleigh was involved in GR in any way. I'll add him to the call, I still have his number here somewhere.  As for Jason, part of my solution is from his world, as a werewolf he should have a great deal of useful knowledge for us...I hope.  As for you Shamus, keep doing what you're doing, it's probably gonna be a lot of fun." 

Jon turns to the few empty chairs still remaining.  "Maybe I have the wrong number for Steed.  Hmmm."  He reaches down to the dial pad and starts entering a new number, the phone beeps twice and responds, "Calling Torin Savit"

[Sibyll V. Alexandra]

A holo projection of Sibyll; humanly auburn hair tied back, "geek girl" glasses on the face, and dressed in an incredibly comfortable, obviously well worn, grey, college hoodie sweatshirt and fashionably faded, "skinny jeans", appears when Stone dials. 

"Yes, Dr. Stone, Premier, Echo?  How can I help all of you?"

[Jon Stone]

Jon cocks his head to the side a little confused, "Uh, Sibyll, do you work for Tor now, or do I have his number saved wrong?"

[JasonNightcaster]

Echo is briefly removed from the image as Jason picks her up and settles her on his lap. "I'm here Dr. Stone. How can I help?"
