Sorry folks, looks like I won't make this one either.  Thought I posted that already, but someone just asked how I was getting there so I must not have.

I'm posting the Rover Rules for Lugosicon on this board and I'm asking Bill S to post them in the Con Suite so that they're officially in effect for the weekend.

Resource Units will get to you all, just not this time.  As a reminder though, do make sure you sign in, as RU are awarded at 20 per con attended now, not 10 per calendar month, and the attendance sheet is what I go by.
