[Dragontologist]

Felegro leans close, and Yuri can see a small knotted twist that must be what the tree calls an ear.  He listens for a moment.  "The issue with that," he says, in a normal tone, "is that there are weapons that can destroy them."  He bends down, whispers something.  "It can be recreated.  You know this; you said yourself that my methods for protecting Ghostrock were not sufficient... and they have since been improved."

[Yuri_Prime]

"Hence the notion that not everyone know the security system involved. Though, the value of a second system is obvious. I'll need more information before I personally consent, and those questions will be forthcoming. Your talents make you a difficult person to contact directly..." the Esper Prime taps his temple, "Though, I'll be in touch. Thank you for your time, Felegro."

[Dragontologist]

"Please, Yuri, ask me now," Felegro replies, stopping him from leaving.  "I need the support of the Council Head to convince the others, you know I do.  What can I do to convince you?"

[Yuri_Prime]

Perfect.

"This system you have in mind, who or what would it answer to? What would it respond to?" Yuri asked as he turned to face the tree. "I need to make sure that I'm not participating in a ritual that will effectively let you control who enters and exits the Council Chamber."

[Dragontologist]

"It would be controlled by the Council itself," Felegro replies.  "Only the Council as a whole should be able to break this.  I'm only using these," he shakes the leaf-mug, and a soft rattle emerges, "to store the energy for later, not to build a wall.  That's all they are, anyway, energy/thought containers.  They will be expended and destroyed in the course of the ritual."

[Yuri_Prime]

Yuri considers this for a moment. "Never underestimate the power of a thought, though. An idea is an especially difficult thing to destroy. Trust me." He says, somewhat cryptic except if you knew him. The concept of spitting in a jar, no matter the wrapping, seemed beneath the Esper, but for the sake of a united peoples under the defense and security of their government, he'd overcome his personal opposition to such an act.

A pair of small bumps traveled from under the Premier's jacket collar, along his neck, and then settled in place behind his jaw. A moment later, Yuri begins his consent and spits into the mug. "I agree to Felegro's ritual purification and sanctification of the Council Chamber, to create equal multi-versal protection for all who enter." he intones, his mind and will far beyond approach for alteration. He pauses, as those bumps return under his collar, and perhaps deeper.

"I so rarely use them." he comments, then returns to the business at hand, "I'm putting my faith in you, Felegro. Do not make me regret such." he says. Hardly a warning, more a statement.

[Dragontologist]

Felegro looks extremely relieved as he pinches shut the leaf, which becomes a perfect green sphere with only faint leaf-like markings.  It glows faintly, then fades.  "Thank you," he says solemnly.  "I will not disappoint you.  If you see any of the other House Heads out there, please send them to me, and we might have this ready before the next Gathering.  Also, you are invited to take a look at the ritual before it is implemented, in case you have any further commentary.  I should have it ready in short time."

[Yuri_Prime]

"I'd like to be present, if my presence will not disrupt the ritual. This is important, more then just to you and I, but to the Nexus as a whole. A step towards providing security and peace. I should... we should all be there for this." He says, with a degree of finality to it. It seemed less an imposition on the part of the premier, and more a statement to the tree to make accommodations.

[Dragontologist]

"I was planning on inviting everyone," agrees the Tree.  "More people equals more will.  I had simply not reached that point yet, as gathering the basic materials takes time, while gathering Avatars is comparatively easy if they are all behind it.  And with your support, I doubt that will be an issue."  He says this last piece a tad ruefully, and sadly, as if he knows his people skills are not comparable.  "I will send you the details prior to the next Gathering, and if we are ready, we can perform the ritual there."

[Yuri_Prime]

The Esper, as well as Esper herself, gave nods apiece, though at different times in the statement. "Excellent, I look forward to hearing more from you. And... thank you for coming on such short notice."

[Dragontologist]

Felegro nods, both in acceptance of the statement, and as a goodbye, and turns.  "Until then."  Unless stopped, he heads to another location in the Bazaar, the Alchemist's hut not too far away.

[Yuri_Prime]

His business concluded, the Soviet esper felt a nuzzle against his cheek from the terror birthed of science, perched on his shoulder.

"See Dad? That wasn't so bad." She said, cheerfully. He couldn't help but agree. "You are right, though to be fair, you are a little more forgiving then I." he said as he reached up to scritch her chin.

After a moment of enjoying the scritch, Esper motioned to a diner with her kitty paw, "While you and Fel were chatty, I saw a whole bunch of folks head into there. I couldn't draw a solid bead on any of them, mostly cause it's rude to stare, even from fifty miles up..."

"Sixty three." Yuri corrected with a smile. Esper responded by exposing her tongue. "What. Ever... So, lots of faces, and from the looks of it, maybe a new one." she said, while digging her paw into Yuri's neck, "So hurry up, before all of the rest of omnicreation gets there!"

Yuri gave a snicker, "I am but a servant." and he headed towards the Know Good, as he and his creation shared in a laugh.

"Finally, we'll be up to..." Esper started, but Yuri held up a hand. "Don't." a pause, then another shared chuckle / giggle.
