Please remember to book your room for this year's Spring Gathering-ish event, which is scheduled for April 15 - 17, 2011 at the Marriott Hanover in Whippany, NJ.

I am just interested in board gaming.  How big is this event?  To what extent will board games be played?  Do you have any more information on the event, cost etc?  I can't seem to find info on this web site.

Hi, Marvin! Thanks for your interest in what is now called "Spring Fling 2011"

Although this is primarily a Double Exposure Avatar event, there will be a dedicated area for Boardgaming with a small schedule of "official" events. There will also be a great deal of opportunity for "open" gaming, with a selection of games from the Double Exposure library available for play. You can also bring any games you like, and find (or bring) friends to play them with, and there will be a space for it.

Also, as you have expressed an interest just in Boardgaming, and are NOT an Avatar player, there is a discounted membership registration fee.
