First of all, we have not yet added all of the new eMail addresses from the last 6 months to the Forum, so I am going to send out another notice about DEXCON 14 Pre-Registration sometime in the next few weeks. Sorry for those of you who will get it twice.
Next, BECAUSE you are getting THIS notice, I'm going to offer a special EARLY BIRD BONUS to anyone who pre-registers between now and Friday, March 18 (at midnight). That EARLY BIRD BONUS is $5.00 off the pre-registration price of $55.00. Use code "D14EBX" for a $5.00 discount until March 18th.
But wait - you might ask, what about those of us who have group bonus codes already? Well, if you already HAVE a group bonus code, and you pre-register by March 18th, you can add the letters "EBX" to the end of the code and you will receive your normal discount PLUS the extra $5.00 (example: If you have a group code "D14GLUB" for a $10.00 discount, use code "D14GLUBEBX" for a $15.00 discount until March 18th)!
Next, The Hyatt Morristown is now accepting reservations for rooms. All of the information you need is on the DEXCON 14 information page, including a link to the Hyatt's new online PASSPORT Reservation System. This should make getting a room at the main hotel MUCH easier than it has been in the past. Please let us know if you have any difficulties with it.
Finally, for those of you who are ready to submit events for DEXCON 14, the event proposal page has been put up and is ready to start processing proposals. Note that we have streamlined the slot selection process; in the past there has been some confusion about how to indicate the slots(s) that your event should run in. I *think* I've made it much clearer now how to select the correct time slot(s) for your event. Please send feedback or use the "Additional Comments" field to let me know your thoughts.
We are very excited about this coming summer; DREAMATION 2011 got a whopping 970 people (over 120 more than the previous year), and we're looking forward to what looks like our biggest DEXCON ever in July!
