This sounds like a perverse game of "Who is your daddy and what does he do?", though to be a helpful ass, I believe the head of Avalon is still Trunks, with a slight chance of it being Sir Slick. It's members are not known off the top of my head. Avalon was not present at the last council meeting.

The Ranni was the council head for Tocsin last gathering. (Cue Duck or Diane with the correct spelling in 5... 4... 3... 2... 1...)

Moosetapha told me that the House Head for Avalon is still Trunks, as nobody from that House bothered to contact him with a new one...
