Bill Shoemaker was admitted to the hospital for pancreatitis this morning.

He's at the AtlantiCare Mainland Hostipital in Pomona, NJ.

Rm 358, bed 2.

I don't have any information on how he's doing, just a text message from him that he was in the hospital. When I tried calling, he sounded weak and said he had to go as he was busy with someone in the room.

I talked to Mark Ford who just came back from the hospital and said Bill is MUCH better than last time. He's getting better at recognizing the symptoms and getting help sooner.

Hey all. Hospital has excellent WIFI, and Mark delivered my laptop to me.

Medical update: Still not great. Better than last time, but only because I had called out of work and as soon as I recognized the symptoms, I packed a small bag and drove to the hospital. I expect to be released next week sometime.

Those that know how I eat, can verify how wrong it is that an 8 ounce cup of chicken broth fills me up to the point that I can't finish my cup of sugar free jello...
