"Thank you all so much again." Gabrielle bids a final grateful farewell to the other assembled avatars. She follows after Crafty, out of the room, down the halls and finally out of the great toon Cathedral.

She meets the small gathering of celestial otters at the statue. "Everybody ready? The Treehouse is right by the Bazaar." She smiles to the littles otter. "Hey Cuteypie. Come on, let's go."

Jon lingers at the window for a second while the others head out.

Finally after Echo is out the door and down the hall a little he'll turn and look at Seneca.

"Anything else I should know?  Anything I should watch out for?" He says while indicating towards the direction Echo just went.

"There is something," Steed says, once he's certain Echo is out of earshot. "I cannot describe in any real detail, but that one is important to the future of the Nexus; she will be a great warrior someday. I have seen one possible outcome, and it's one that must be avoided at all costs. She must be nurtured, but also pushed in the right directions. Developing a comprehension and the 'feel' of the balance of the Nexus is vital to her development."

Jon looks at Steed with a totally helpless look on his face, "I don't feel the ebb and flow of the Nexus like you two do.  I can follow certain currents when Tech is predominant, but for the most part the paths are obscured from me by threads of magic and faith that I can't follow.  I'm here cause Echo is family, and I can't do nothing, but at the same time I'm not the most useful player in this game.  I can help her not be blatantly evil, but I'm pretty Chaotic Neutral myself."

Jon looks back out the window, like maybe his answers are somewhere near the horizon, and sighs, "I'll stay as close as she lets me.  Who knows, maybe I'll learn something along the way too."

Steed smiles. "That's a healthy attitude. A proper scientist must always be open-minded to theories not his own. If you don't make mistakes, you're doing science wrong. If you don't correct those mistakes, you're doing science *very* wrong. If you can't accept that you're wrong, you're not doing science at all. I get the impression that your mind is open, if for no other reason that you are aware of the threads of magic and faith that you don't yet understand and that you accept that you may one day understand them. My model for this sort of thinking has always been Albert Einstein - the man who turned Terran science on its head was always ready to listen to the arguments and evidence of others because he understood that even his towering intellect could have drawn the wrong conclusions. I believe that this attitude of yours will benefit Echo in the days to come. Remember - every great scientist has been wrong at least once, often more than once; it's what they do with their errors that define them."

Seneca continues to stare out the window, and begins to rub the knuckles on his hand with his thumb.  "Those that sow wind, shall reap the whirlwind.  Do not stand still, or cower, in its path, praying it will not see you.  Very little escapes it, and you will escape little if you fail to act."

The trio of otters continue to chirp and scamper about, waiting for Echo to lead, but seeming to celebrate as they prepare for the outing...

The redhead nods West and starts walking. "Come on then. It's right by the Bazaar."

Jon turns from the window, "Alright, I'll see you two soon, be safe."  He then heads for the door.  Assuming no one stops him he'll wait till he gets outside of Sanctuary and the Port away to his next destination.

Stone leaves the room, and leaves The Guardian and The Esper.  "John.  What I said to Stone, goes double for you...and your companions.  What has been seen cannot be unseen, and you know better than most the price for vision.  Make sure you all settle your accounts, before they settle you."
