Other south of Mason Dixon line links
« on: July 01, 2011, 08:38:29 PM »

Dear Double Exposure staff,

I have moved to Maryland because my job did  :P  This is the closest shop in my area.  Just an FYI for any others in Delaware and northern Maryland.

Mark & I go there every so often... it's only 1 or 2 hours at most from South Jersey.  Are you close to Baltimore?  If so, we can recommend a couple of other games stores in that area.

Walt's Cards & Games is in Baltimore at 7620 German Hill Road
Canton Games is in Baltimore at 2102 Essex Street
Icons Comics and Games is in Elkton, MD at 801 Pulaski Highway, Suite 161

I've been to Walt's, but the other two stores are new to me.

Unfortunately, one of the best game stores in your area closed last year.  :(

Icons Comics and Games is fairly new to Elkton.  I still try to get my old Army buddies and others to retro games with the older titles we grew up with.  Nothing against miniatures or other board games, but I still enjoy the old Avalon Hill titles, SPI tiitles and hope someone releases a D&D 4th ed Dragonlance conversion.
