In the deep catacombs of Lost Angels candles with black flames illuminate an arcane laboratory. Vlad is scanning ancient texts written in foul languages and on pages of flesh. He stops on one passage and cackles madly. He grabs another eldritch tomb and thumbs through until he finds the page he was looking for. He then pens sigils in the air they glow and float with power. He closes and puts the books away. He then moves deeper into his arcane study, there a book shining with white light and golden knotwork floats awaiting a reader. Vlad puts on metallic gauntlets with ancient runes carved into them and gently grabs the book. The gloves begin to glow red hot as the power  the book seems to disagree with Vlad's being. He then opens the book and finds a section written in language of angels and inscribes it into the air. It appears in the other room floating with the other sigils. He puts the book back and removes the protective gloves. He heads back to his study and removes a sheet over a covered table. It reveal the known nexus miniaturized ever shifting. He whispers some arcane words and the apparatus comes to life with a hum. Domains begin lighting up with labels, territories shift in and out of place depending on there relevance. Vlad begins chanting the words he has written in the air and walks whittershins around the miniature nexus at the creshendo of his chant he plunges a ritual dagger into the Beacon and waits. At first there is silence but then a black ichor begins spewing from the beacon tainting it. It spreads and eventually covers the mini nexus. Vlad writes some notes and speaks the beginning arcane words and his device powers down. Vlad sits slightly tired and seems to doze off. Zeke stands up wearing Vlad's skin and begins jotting more notes down in vlad's journal. Zeke smiles at his work and begins to take out more tombs for his reading pleasure.

...Time passes. Vlad arises from his work desk with a journal open to a page he did not write. He scans it quickly and smiles. He grabs a book covered in dust, its title Hoyles Book of Games 1809. He flips through the book picking out hexes and other ritual hidden within this artifact. He thrn grabs a tomb with the title Librus Chaotica and cackles madly. He speaks,"Eureka! I have found the way through, it all makes sense. We are all connnected and I can use that." He goes silent looking over other things in his lab. His hand changes into a claw and he scratches himself, his blood flows onto the table. The blood flows into groove along the table forming a pentagram. He begins chanting in a forbidden tongue as syllables blend and words come from the deepest part off insanity the blood pentagram begins to float. Vlad loses himslef to the rhythim of the chant, power begins flowing into this arcane symbol. Vlads eyes change to blood the pentagram flows into him absorbing through his necrotic flesh. He closes his eyes and one final word of power is said. He laughs and opens his now normal eyes. "Ha It works."

Vlad stands over an obsidian slab holding a large mirror in his hands. Lilith lounges on a comfortable Victorian couch shifting between forms. He places the mirror down on the table and draws the elder sign in blood across the mirror. He chants some words of power and draws an ornate pistol. As he finishes his minor ritual's verbal component, he smashes the mirror. The magic takes hold and the shards show different places in the nexus. A large shard shows the bazaar, another Felegro's domain, Bone Henge, The Beacon, Green's Manor, Venice, Sanctuary, other places are shown in the thousand or so pieces changing through images as places exist and disappear throughout the nexus. He studies the current image of the filled Council Chamber and laughs at the mention of his dangerousness. Then his focus shifts to Felegro's Domain, he studies the walls and shield of the domain. He attention then gets pulled to an image of Cody, He simply watches her exist for a time longer than someone should... Time passes

Vlad smiles and he tips his hat toward the shard displaying the council chambers. His gaze moves toward the domain of Yuri, he studies the borders and watches the snow. Then heagain mves his gaze watching the interactions throughout proper. Vlad moves over to the chalk board and begins drawing runes and formulas. When he is satisfied with his writing, he goes back to the shards and grabs the one showing Randall's domain he whispers to the shard and puts it down.

Vlad enters a multicolored room. A poker table is in the middle a gaunt skeletal man sits in the dealer seat. Opium burns and fills the room. Lamps burning in different colors adorn this odd room. A slightly off key piano is playing. Vlad sits and the dealer passes teeth to him. he places canines, front teeth, and wisdom teeth into 3 separate piles.The dealer speaks in a soft new orleans accent,"Vlad another game to boost your power or give me some leeway." Vlad smiles,"Zeke, if your so desperate to lose so be it.'' Zeke deals the cards made of flesh, 5 each. Vlad signals he does not need any cards. Zeke takes 2. Vlad reveals 5 Aces, one spade, one club, one heart, one diamond, and one blood. Zeke shows a straight flush. Vlad smiles and says,"How 'bout that looks like I win. Time for some power. Zeke disappears and vlad puts the cards down into a circle. "Lady Luck see me through." He begins chanting the lights flicker in and out. He circles the the table chanting,""Ia Tzeentch!

Vlad is staring at the shards watching different avatars scuttle about there business, some aware of his watchful eye, some not. He walks over to a mantle where there is the orb of lugosi. he picks it up and moves back to the shards. In his left hand he holds the orb and with his right he points toward the shards. He begins another chant, his eyes turn black and is right hand moves on its own, much like that of someone tracing a Ouija board. Images flash in the orb and through the shards. He stops on one and the shards image locks in place. Then another and another till all the shards show places of power. He reverts back to normalcy with all motor functions returning. He studies the display and watches calculating where his grand display should take place.

Vlad sits upon a throne of skulls deep within Lost Angel's catacombs. Glowing shards of a broken mirror float displaying different parts of proper. He gently caresses Lilith's "hair" as she lounges at his feet. He nods as Yuri's message is sent and speaks slurred speech,"Kharneth I what do you wish?" a red symbol lights up and the sound of pure rage growls from it. Vlad's glowing eye begins to bleed. The symbol fades as does the sound. He looks in pain but begins to smile. "Oh Father Of All, what is your wish?" a symbol glowing with a sickly green flashes into existence. The sound of contagion gurgles from it. Vlad begins shaking violently as his skin becomes pallor and his veins fill with a black sludge. The symbol fades as does the sound. Gasping for breadth he does not need Vlad speaks," Changer Of Ways, what is you wish?" a blue rune appears and the sound of a thousand whispered secrets creeps out of the symbol. Arcane Symbols burn into Vlad's body he screams in pain, and the sound and symbol fade. "She Who Thirsts, what do you wish?" a purple rune appears and the sound of a thousand pleasures moans from it. Vlads is wracked with ecstasy that quickly becomes pain as his body becomes very gaunt. The Symbol and noise fade. He pulls himself up from the throne and staggers forward. He grabs one shard from the floating pieces and says,"I accept to be your champion."

Jon Stone stands at the edge of Vlad's territory, just inside Proper.  Hands in his lab coat's pockets, he just stands there taking drags off the cigarette hanging out of his mouth, waiting for someone to invite him in.

OOC: It is a Domain

The eerie sounds and sinister landscape are the only answer he receives. The stench of Ghost Rock permeates th edge of proper where his domain is connected.

OCC: My bad, didn't think about it.

IC:  Jon sighs a little, pull the cigarette but out of his mouth and flicks it back behind him.  Then he says to himself, "Well, lets just hope he's in the mood for some company."

Then he'll attempt to walk through the boundary and enter the domain.  If he can he'll just follow the road this he finds either Vlad, Lilith, or something interesting/probably dangerous.
