Well, I had what I am currently viewing as a bad customer relations experience today.
The notebook was listed as "Shipping Soon" on thier status page as of last Tuesday (11/1/2005). On Thursday (11/3), I called and asked when it would actually ship, and was told specifically that the vidoe card was in the machine, and ready to go - it just needed to be shipped out. (The video was a new release from nVidia, and was not released at the time I ordered the laptop - it was slated to come out 10/28.)
I checked again today, and it was still listed as "Shipping soon." When I checked with their support staff, they told me today that the video card had not shipped yet, and was not in the laptop. Checking the site, it's not listed as being available until 11/15 now, and I was told I would not ship until 11/21.
I don't mind delays, and can understand these guys are not at fault for nVidia's delays. However, they specifically told me on 11/1 that the card had been tested and was ready to go, and that the notebook would ship "any day now." I don't see 3 weeks later as "any day now."

We'll see what they do as an apology, if anything.
