Actually dude, early is the best time to nitpick, at least as far as I can tell. Rather hear about it once from someone before the entire world sees it then later on down the road, when a complete stranger goes, "Haha, y0or site suxXor" or something like that.

Though I do have a single question for the powers that be... Will there be House specific sections set up in the future, or is this something that will have to be handled by each house on a separate forum / system?

Eventually, I think we may change out minds and have House boards here for those that want to use them, and of course anyone can start a public House Thread at anytime.  One advantage to being here will be that this is where new players will usually look, and we hope they'll be able to find their housemates here.  Hmm, perhaps just House Introduction Threads will do.

However, if we do create house boards, we'd understand if people want to hold onto their Yahoogroups for a while, until we really iron out all the features of this board, like whether we can restrict access to House members for each board, and make House Councilors moderators (not too desireable because they can change every year, and moderating is OOC in most cases).

And some groups may always want to keep total control of their IC communication for security reasons, such as Fleming.  As the Yahoo House groups were player created, they are welcome to keep them as long as they like, and we'd just work on making it WORTH transferring them here.

I think something was missed - we would have house *threads* where people could request access to the private house forums, but I don't like the idea of adding 15 extra items to the page for all viewers. 

There will be people who say "Oh, they can just close the avatar section if they want" or "Well, there are a lot of OTHER topics, why not Avatar-houses?" And the answer is that we're working on paring DOWN the visual clutter, not adding to it.

Actually, it might be possible to label every member of the Avatar System with something to let them see the House sections of the site.  It'd make it so only the Avatars have to be inconvenienced looking at the houses.

Or, you could also make them accessable through the Avatar section of the site, instead of on the front forums page.
