:: Recalling the conversation they had prior to the lesson Hal Reacts. In a single flowing motion that almost looks like a Choreographed dance Nema Finds her self on the floor, with Hal offering her a hand up. Helping Nena to her feet they face eachothe and again bow. ::
 
:: Looking at the group. :: “Now lets start by pairing everyone off. We will start with some calisthenics that will involve balance and strength and proceed from there.”

“I’ve always been good with my balance. Helps that I took dance lessons since I was three though.” She smiles and shoves a loose strand of hair behind her ear.

She turns to Andromache and grins. “Wanna wrestle?”

[Nema Dakkar]

"Balance comes to those who must walk tightropes or walk ships decks in rough seas.  In either case balanace combined with strength and tactical direction may bring success."

Nema Turns to Hal.  "That was most pleasent.  Your care for your sparing opponent is noted and appreciated."

:: Looking at those gathered around him. ::   
     “What Nema says is correct, but we must all start somewhere and the longest journey starts with but a single step.”
:: Shaking his head he realizes this may become an issue and knows there must be a cure.::

:: Standing in front of Nema he has the gathered group copy his and Nema’s actions ::

:: After several hours of grueling physical activity Hal stands up and address the gathered Avatars ::
“Thank you everyone, we hand a wonderful first day. I look forward to seeing everyone again early tomorrow.

:: At the break of the next day all That had been there, return for the next days lessons. ::
“Good morning everyone. Glad to see you have returned, some of you look a little sore but that will change. Everyone will quickly become accustom to the regiment that I have set before you. Today we will do everything that we did yesterday and a little bit more. We will do this everyday until there is no more to learn and no matter how much you may not think you know what you are doing, your body will prove you wrong. So lets begin.”
