In a flash of light reminiscent of the one that brought it there, the long-dormant Cage just behind the Council Chamber vanishes.

A much smaller flash nearby at the front door of the Altar to Biltriz doesn't draw nearly as much notice.  There's now a sign on the doorknob saying simply:

Gone worldbuildin'  

In one more teeny tiny flash that likely only one person notices, a pair of handcuffs disappear.

Jon Stone is wandering around proper near the area when he notices the flash of light.  He turns his head towards it and slightly sideways, a confused look on his face.  "Now what the hell was that."  He jogs the short distance over to where he reasons out the flash to have come from.  "Huh, the Council Chambers, i wonder what happened."  He circles the building twice looking it over untill he stops behind it looking at where the cage used to be.  His eyes narrow alittle as he inspects the scene.  "hummmm, somethings outa place here.  "Yuri'll probably know."  He lifts his hands up like hes holding a camera, a shutter sound can be heard, and then he says, "Ok done."

(Anyone who looks close enough sees little data lines running horizontally across his eyes.

Jon stands there for a few minutes, seemingly talking to himself.  After a little while he stops talking and begins walking away from the building.  "Ok, now if i was Arwen, where would i be?"  he says to himself as he walks away to search around for Arwen.
